Vhive and Vhivenow

Vhivenow (vhivenow.sg) is the online arm of Vhive, selling items that are overstocked/discontinued from the main Vhive retail stores. These products have been discounted and are placed online for customers to enjoy another mode of shopping and of course, the greater price reductions. Rest assured that all products sold on Vhivenow are new and still in their original packaging!

Are there VhiveNow dedicated showrooms available?

Unfortunately, we do not. However, we might have selected items in selected Vhive showrooms. Please contact us directly to enquire. VhiveNow operates entirely in the virtual sphere. This helps us to keep our overheads modest and save on costly expenditure like the rental of a retail space.

Product Care

Panel Wood: We recommend that you avoid placing hot dishes directly on wooden surfaces. Use a dry, non-abrasive cloth or duster to occasionally dust the surfaces of wooden panels to keep it clean. You may use a slightly damp cloth to wipe down surfaces, however, wipe away any residual water.

Panel Melamine: Melamine is easy to clean and maintain. You may use mild dish detergent and water with a soft cloth to clean your furniture. Rinse the cloth with clean water and dry the surface with a fresh cloth afterwards.

Glass: Dust your glass surfaces on a regular basis to keep them looking new. You may use a damp cloth to wipe down the surfaces and dry it afterwards with a new fresh cloth.

Chairs: Dust and vacuum regularly to keep items looking clean and new.

Fabric surfaces: Dab spills immediately with a soft slightly damp white cloth (water only).

PU/PVC surfaces: Use only a dry cloth to dap spills. Avoid using water.

Metal chrome bases: Use only a dry cloth to wipe chrome bases.

Materials Used?

Safety tempered glass – All the furniture we offer that contain glass elements are fitted with tempered glass for maximum safety. Tempered glass is glass that has gone through a process of extreme heating and then rapidly cooled to room temperature. This makes the new glass harder and 5 to 10 times stronger than normal glass. When tempered glass breaks, it shatters into small oval-shaped pieces unlike standard glass, which shatters into sharp shards. Some other uses of tempered glass includes oven windows, computer screens, shower doors and windows of automobiles.

Melamine – Many of our furniture has a melamine surface due to its wonderful properties. Melamine is known for its durability, with the ability to withstand high temperatures, scratches, stains and is water repellent. It is easy to clean and there are no harmful emissions. Please see the section under product care for our recommendations on the care of melamine furniture.

Design & Dimensions

Our dedicated team sources for the best furniture makers across the globe. We handpick each product and ship them back here. Most of our furnishings are both designed and made in Denmark. You may find more information in the product description box. All of our items are measured to the best of our ability and are according to Length x Width X Height.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

The Delivery Process

Once an order has been placed with us, you would be asked to select your preferred date and time slot. Typically it would take 5-7 working days from time of purchase to the point of delivery. This is dependant on the delivery schedule. 

The delivery time slot that you have chosen at checkout is only tentative, and you will hear from us within 3 days for a confirmation. We ask for your preferred date and time so that we can plan out the schedule for our delivery and assembly crew to service you at your convenience. However, should your preferred delivery time slot be unavailable, our friendly customer service team will contact you to rearrange another date or time.

If you have already fixed a time slot and your plans change, it is not a problem. Just get in touch with us at least 3 working days before the confirmed delivery date and we will reprocess your delivery.

Free Delivery & Assembly

We hope to bring the best shopping experience to our customers as much as possible and so, delivery and assembly charges are on us, unless otherwise stated. To help us with better coordination, do let us know if you have any special delivery requests/conditions in the comments section for e.g. no lifts available. Also, do ensure that there is someone home to receive the items.

We try our very best to meet every customer’s needs and requests. Some items are bulky in nature and would require a space for our delivery crew to assemble. Traffic and weather conditions are unpredictable and we seek your kind understanding should there be a slight delay in our delivery. But rest assured, should any unforeseen circumstance arise, our friendly customer service staff will keep you informed.

International Shipping

Currently, delivery and assembly is only available in Singapore. 

ORDERS AND RETURNS

Do I have to pay in full?

Yes you do. This helps us to streamline our work by keeping our administrative costs low. It also helps us to be efficient enough to offer our customers the best prices.

How can I pay?

We accept Mastercard, Visa via Paypal. Charge will appear on your credit card statement as ‘PAYPAL *VHIVE SG’

How do I change/cancel my order once I have placed it?

Get in touch with us with your request quickly and we will process the change/cancellation for you. For cancellations, as long as you have not made a delivery confirmation with us, you will get a full refund.

What if my goods are faulty and damaged after a few days?

Items that are damaged or faulty are entitled to a full refund or exchange after inspection. Please contact us immediately within 7 days from date of receipt of items.

Exchanges & Refunds

Furniture delivered and assembled are not returnable or exchangeable. We regret that we cannot accept any returns, exchanges or refunds resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear and incorrect self-assembly.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@vhivenow.sg or call us at 6747 1818 during our operating hours within 7 days from date of receipt of items.

Our products will be assembled in front of you to show that they are fresh stocks. In order to avoid any hassle, please remember to check the items before the delivery crew leaves. As once items have been assembled and checked, we do not give refunds and allow exchanges. Gift vouchers are not refundable as well.
